ERRATA LETTER FOR VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT-NRC TRIENNIAL FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTION REPORT 05000424/2012007 AND 05000425/2012007
Dear Mr. Tynan:
On August 24, 2012, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 1 and 2 (ML12237A175). In reviewing this report, we identified administrative errors regarding the tracking numbers for one of the NRC violations and the unresolved item (URI). In Section 1R05.03.b and page 1 of the Attachment, tracking number Violation 05000424/2012007-01 should be Violation 05000424/2012007-02. Additionally, in Section 4OA5 and page 1 of the Attachment, the URI tracking number listed as 05000424, 425/2010005-02 should be 05000424, 425/2010006-02.
Please make the appropriate pen and ink changes in the subject report to reflect this correction.
