May 21,2012 To Whom It May Concern Pursuant to 1 0 CFR 55.40(b)(3), an authorized representative of the facility licensee must approve the examination outline(s) and the proposed examination(s) before they are submitted to the NRC regional office for review and approval. The outline(s) and examinations(s) must be forwarded to the NRC regional office with a cover letter signed by the facility representative.
As the McGuire facility representative, I have reviewed and approved the outlines for the NRC examination to be administered in August and September 2012.
I have determined that the outlines are accurate, operationally valid and ready for NRC review.
