ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 72 TO POSSESSION ONLY LICENSE NO. DPR DAIRYLAND POWER COOPERATIVE, LA CROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR (TAC NO. J00464) (LAC-14263, LAC-14268)
Dear Mr. Berg:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 72 to Possession Only License No. DPR-45 for the Dairyland Power Cooperative La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment is in response to your application dated December 10, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12362A021), as supplemented by letter dated February 25, 2013 (ADAMS Accession No. ML13072A023).
This amendment revises the LACBWR License and Technical Specifications as a result of the completion of the transfer of the spent fuel to dry cask storage.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation Report is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commissions next biweekly Federal Register notice.
