NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (TAC NO. J00464)
Dairyland Power Cooperative, Docket No. 50-409, La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor, Vernon County, Wisconsin Date of application for amendment: December 10, 2012, and supplemented February 25, 2013.
Brief description of amendment: The amendment revises the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor License and Technical Specifications, as a result of the completion of the transfer of the spent fuel to dry cask storage.
Date of issuance: July 31, 2013 Effective date: As of the date of issuance and shall be implemented within 60 days.
Amendment No.: 72 Facility Operating License No. DPR-7: This amendment revises the License and Technical Specifications.
Date of initial notice in FEDERAL REGISTER: March 19, 2013 (78 FR 16879)
The Commission's related evaluation of the amendment is contained in a Safety Evaluation dated July 31, 2013.
