The deployment of satellite phones for our Control Room and our Technical Support Center [TSC]

was discussed earlier in the submittal on page 17. Since the satellite phones had already been deployed in both of these locations, they were not identified as a planned or potential improvement for theMain Control Room or the TSC in our Table 2 response.
