This meeting is to discuss with the licensee milestones related to an apparent violation of a license condition on the fire protection program. The apparent violation was stated in an NRC letter dated January 31, 2013, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13017A456, which is available from the NRC's web site, www.nrc.gov.using the search feature at the top of the home page. A predecisional enforcement conference was held on March 5, 2013, see ML13072A426. The milestones to be discussed were submitted by the licensee on March 11, 2013, ML13079A321.
