MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PUBLIC MEETING - HATCH NUCLEAR STATION - DOCKET NOS. 50-321, 50-366 Dear Mr. Madison This letter confirms a Category 3 public meeting which has been scheduled for April 17, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant with the public. The NRC will be available to ensure the publics issues and concerns are understood and considered.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment for Hatch Nuclear Station. This is a newly scheduled meeting. The Annual Assessment Letter is accessible from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS) (ML12065A228) or from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/NRR/OVERSIGHT/ASSESS/LETTERS/hat_2012q4.pdf The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
