Dear Chairman Hawkens:
It has come to our attention that certain information contained in the Affidavit of John Large, Attachment 1 to the non-proprietary brief filed January 11, 2013, by Friends of the Earth (FoE) in the above-captioned matter, inadvertently described and/or included proprietary information.
This information is subject to the Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Agreement filed jointly by the parties and incorporated into the Board's Order of December 10, 2012.
In accordance with paragraph 8 of the Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Agreement (at page 3 of the Board's December 10 Order) FoE is providing this notice to the Board and the parties to this proceeding.
Mr. Large is currently reviewing his affidavit to assure that all such information is properly redacted. We will provide the Board and the parties a corrected Affidavit which does not include any protected information subject to the Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Agreement. In addition, FoE and Southern California Edison have agreed to remove from the NRC's 1707 L Street, N.W.
