Correction to BFN Units 1, 2, 3, RAI regarding license renewal one-time inspection procedure (TAC Nos. ME7787, ME7798 and ME7799)
- Tom, This is to correct the due date for your response to the subject RAI dated November 30, 2012, which you and Ms. Eva agreed on. I have discussed this with Eva and she has confirmed that the agreed due date was within 90 days of the date of the letter. However, the letter inadvertently requested that TVA agreed to respond within 60 days of issuance of the letter. I confirm that the correct due date for your respond is within 90 days from November 30, 2012.
