Anchorage

4. Is the anchorage free of visible cracks in the concrete near the anchors? Not Applicable

Per DWG E-075-0003, Plug welds are shown. These welds were not verified in field. Job 12004990 was created to open XNG05 and inspect the anchorage configuration.
