Bill, By letter dated August 2,2012, Omaha Public Power District submitted the Fort Calhoun Station's Physical Security Plan (PSP), Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP), Revisions 18 and 19. The enclosure to the letter contained Safeguards Information and has been withheld from public disclosure. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is currently reviewing the submittal to ensure compliance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 50.54(p)(2).

The NRC staff has reviewed your submittal and has determined that the information specified in the attached Request for Additional Information (RAI) is needed for the staff to complete its evaluation.

Please contact me if a clarifying teleconference is needed for the attached RAls. The RAls contain security related information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
