RITSTF Initiatives 6b & 6c Status: Red Actions and Schedule Responsibility Date TSTF submitted TSTF-426, Rev. 0 to NRC on August 30, 2004. TSTF Completed TSTF submitted TSTF-426, Rev. 1 to NRC on August 5, 2008 following TSTF Completed NRC requested revisions to WCAP-16125.
TSTF submitted TSTF-426, Rev. 2 to NRC on January 8, 2010. TSTF Completed TSTF submitted TSTF-426, Rev. 3 on March 21, 2011. TSTF Completed NRC provided comments on June 29. TSTF submitted Revision 4 on TSTF Completed August 8, 2011.

TSTF Completed At the August 8, 2012 TSTF/NRC quarterly status meeting, the NRC stated NRC 10/31/2012 they do not believe that the change as proposed has sufficient controls to avoid abuse by licensees and weakens the requirement to perform SRs within their specified Frequency. The NRC is going to not accept the Traveler with opportunity to supplement. The TSTF accepted that approach.
