One White Flint North 11545 Rockville Pike, Room 0-7B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: NRC and Duke Energy staff will discuss the nonconservative technical specification license amendment requests for Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, regarding voltage setpoint, output voltage, emergency diesel generator voltage setpoint and degraded grid voltage.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 conference call. The public is invited to participate and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the conference call is adjourned.
