By letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated Mrch 14;2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No: ML12082A009), Carolina Power &
Light Company, doing business as Progress Energy Ckrolinas, Inc., submitted the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program Plan for the Fifth 10-Year Interval for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 (HBRSEP). The NRC by NRC letter dated June 13, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12156A147) requested additional information to complete the review of Relief Request (RR)-02. Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., by letter to the NRC dated June 19, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12187A249) provided the requested information.
In a coifdi-eiid' dal'l between the NRC' Staff and HBRSEP personnel on July 13, 2012 the NRC asked if RR-02 contained any B9.32 welds in the request. In response, Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc is providing 'the f0lfl6,ýin':suplpllemental information.
The welds that cannot currently be inspected due to insulation and listed in the attachment to our
-June 19, 2012 letter do not include any welds to which the B9.32 criterion of ASME B&PV Code,Section XI, 2007 Edition !';ith!'2008'Addenda, Table IWB-2500-1 would be applicable.
