10 CFR 50.54(p) Revision to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 12 In accordance with 10 CFR50.54, "Conditions of Licenses," paragraph (p)(2), this letter provides Revision 12, dated August 3, 2012, of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated this change and does not consider the revision to decrease the overall effectiveness of the plan. provides a summary of changes. Enclosure 2 provides a copy of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 12.
This letter contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73, "Physical Protection of Plants and Materials," Section 21. Therefore, TVA requests that Enclosure 2 to this letter be withheld from public disclosure. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by FEDEX.
