SUBJECT:
COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - CORRECTION TO PAGES ISSUED WITH AMENDMENT NO. 210
Dear Mr. Reddemann:
By letter dated September 30,2008 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML082610049), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 210 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-21 for the Columbia Generating Station (CGS). The amendment consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated July 26, 2007, as superseded by application dated August 8,2007, and as supplemented by letters dated November 19,2007, and June 5 and July 21, 2008.
An administrative error was discovered in the electronic version of the amended TS pages for CGS following issuance of Amendment No. 210. The error resulted in the omission of page 3.3,5.2-3 and the duplication of page 3.3.5.2-4 from the attachment to the amendment document. The administrative error does not change the NRC staffs conclusions in Amendment No. 210.
Enclosed are corrected TS pages for Amendment No, 210. If you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1056 or via e-mail at Lauren,Gibson@nrc.gov.
Sincerely, Lauren Gibson, Project Manager Plant Licensing Branch IV Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket No, 50-397
