Dear Mr. Pacilio:

By letter dated May 22, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12122A986), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 199 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-62 for the Clinton Power Station (CPS), Unit No.1. The amendment revises the Limiting Condition for Operation 3.8.1, HAC Sources - Operating," through a reduction to the maximum steady state voltage criteria for safety-related 4.15 kV buses from 4580 V to 4300 V in certain Technical Specifications, Section 3.8.1 Surveillance Requirements.

The dispatched document did not reflect the approved amendment. Specifically, the Date of Issuance was not entered on the License Amendment page 2 and the facility operating license (FOL), page 3, was not included. Enclosed are the correct License Amendment page 2 and FOL page 3. This error did not impact Amendment No. 199 as this is an administrative correction and does not change the NRC staff conclusions.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (301) 415-6606.

Sincerely, oel S. Wiebe, Senior Project Manager lant Licensing Branch 111-2 Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket No. 50-461
