PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 2 AND 3 REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT REVIEW (TAC NOS. ME6354 AND ME6355)
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
By letter dated March 21,2012,1 the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested that Exelon Generation Company, LLC (the licensee), submit the following documents:
- 1. ECR 08-00493,
- 2. ECR 09-00011, and
- 3. UFSAR Change 2011-003.
The NRC staff requested these documents in order to complete its review of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) Revision 23 and Fire Protection Program Revision 18 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3. However, upon further review, the NRC staff has determined that the documents are not needed to complete the review.
Therefore, the NRC staff rescinds its request for these documents.
