GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT (TAC NOS. ME7882, ME7883, ME7884, ME7885, AND ME7886)
Dear Ms. Korsnick:
By letter dated December 16, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML120110301), Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC (CENG) submitted the Constellation Energy Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), Revision 6. By telephone conference call on February 1, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff requested clarification of paragraphs B.4.5 and BA.6 concerning procurement control over commercial grade calibration services.
By letter dated February 29, 2012 (ADAMS ML12065A186), CENG proposed deleting paragraph B.4.6 and modifying paragraph B.4.5 in Revision 7 to the QATR. The NRC staff has reviewed the proposed modifications and finds them acceptable for inclusion.
