It includes a summary of the commitment change evaluation completed during the 2011 calendar year for Oconee Nuclear Station. The evaluation and subsequent commitment change was made based on the guidance defined'in NEI 99-04, Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes, and has no adverse effect on compliance with NRC rules and regulations.
