Counsel for the Staff of the NRC is filing a corrected version of the NRC Staffs Testimony of Andrew L. Stuyvenberg Concerning Contention NYS-9, NYS-33 and NYS-37 (Alternatives, Consolidated). This document, which was identified as NRC000133 on the NRC's exhibit list, was originally filed without an exhibit number on the first page. A copy of the testimony, with the exhibit number on the first page is being filed herewith.

In addition, counsel for the NRC staff is filing a corrected version of the NRC Staffs Initial Statement of Position on Contention NYS-9, NYS-33 and NYS-37 (Alternatives). The corrections consist of the following: footnote 12 on page 7 was inadvertently omitted and has been restored and page number citations to the NRC Staffs Testimony of Andrew L.

Stuyvenberg Concerning Contention NYS-9, NYS-33 and NYS-37 (Alternatives, Consolidated) have been inserted on pages 16 and 17. A copy of NRC Staffs Initial Statement of Position on Contention NYS-9, NYS-33 and NYS-37 (Alternatives) (Corrected), which was identified in the NRC Staff Exhibit List as NRC000132, was also originally filed without an exhibit number on the first page and is being filed today as NRCR00132.
