Dear Administrative Judges:
In our February 29, 2012 letter to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board), the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission indicated that it anticipated issuing the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items and final SER in March 2012 and October 2012, respectively. The Staff now anticipates issuing the SER with open items in July 2012 and the final SER in October 2012. The Staffs projected issuance of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) and the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) is unchanged from our February 2012 letter.
