Reactor and Senior Reactor Operator Initial Examinations
Reference:
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Reactor and Senior Reactor Operator Initial Examinations, dated January 3, 2012 TVA submitted, via the referenced January 3, 2012 letter, documentation related to the operator initial examinations to satisfy the requirements of Examination Standard (ES) 501, Initial Post-Examination Activities, of NUREG 1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors. In the January 3, 2012 letter, TVA indicated that the original Examination Security Agreement and a written analysis of missed examination questions would be provided by January 18, 2012. Enclosure 1 provides the completed Examination Security Agreement. Enclosure 2 provides the written analysis of missed examination questions. These have been placed in the overnight mail to Region II on January 17, 2012. With this action, all required documentation associated with the December 29, 2011 NRC examinations has been provided in accordance with ES-501. This closes the commitment made in the January 3, 2012 letter, and there are no additional regulatory commitments made by this submittal.
