8. Early Sunday morning (June 26, 2011), one of the AquaDams that was protecting i*he plant ruptured. The AquaDam was a backup (secondary) flood protection barrier. All primary barriers are intact and are providing adequate protection to the site. The station is on 345 kv power.

14. Power was removed from siren 257 and 260 in Pottawattamie Co. IA, which is just 6n the 6dge of the 10-mile EPZ south east of the plant. siren 75, 76 in Desoto National

'i1dlife Refuge I'ave no power. Currently the refuge is closed due to flooding, siren 1 east of Fort Calhoun on Lounty road 34 between Fort Calhoun and Boyer chute Recreational Area is without

'bower. This area is closed due to flooding. Power was removed to one additional siren in Washington county sirens 69 was removed from service due to flooding and may require route alerting for any non-evacuated residents. Power was removed from siren 259. This siren is located in Pottawattamie County on DeSoto Trail, west of 110th street. County to verify evacuation route alerting capability if needed. Power has been removed from sirens 143 and 144 in Pottawattamie Co. IA due to flooding. This area has been evacuated and is not populated.

15. The Reception and Care Center in Fremont is now official, replacing Bellevue.

irhis has been planned for quite some time, but also provides us with greater protection for the public, as no evacuation 1 routes to that location are affected at this time.

16. At this time no known major evacuation routes are affected without contingency actions planned. Interstate 29 in both directions: from Exit 54A (G Avenue) to Exit 71 (1-680 exit): 1-680 road closed to traffic because of flooding. 1-680 is closed in both directions: from before Exit 1 i130th Street to Exit 62: 1-29; old Mormon Bridge Road --- road closed because of flooding.

Oighway 30 from Blair to Missouri valley is re-opened; flood barrier work will restart on Tuesday, but I does not impact evacuation routes.
