The bulletin required two separate licensee submittals in response to the bulletin as follows: 1) a 30-day response to confirm continued compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2), and 2) a 60-day response to provide requested information associated with mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2).

The DNC 30-day and 60-day responses for Millstone Power Station (MPS) Units 2 and 3 were submitted to the NRC on June 9, 2011 (Serial No. 11-290B) and July 8, 2011 (Serial No. 11-290F), respectively.

By letter dated December 8, 2011 the NRC requested additional information regarding the MPS 60-day response.

The requested information is provided in the attachment.
