Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc (Entergy) submitted a response to an NRC request for additional information regarding a proposed license amendment concerning the inter unit transfer of fuel (Reference 1). Proprietary versions of the RAI responses and the Licensing Report (Holtec Report HI-2094289, Revision 4) were included in that submittal. Non-proprietary versions of these reports are provided herein (Enclosures 1 and 2).

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this submittal, with the attachments is being provided to the designated New York State official.
