Millstone 3: Supplemental Information Regarding Request to Relocate the TS Surveillance Frequencies
- Bill, Due to unforeseen circumstances (Hurricane Irene) over this past week, I understand that the equivalent of 3 business days were lost with respect to DNCs response to the request for supplemental information for the MPS3 acceptance review of LAR regarding relocation of TS surveillance frequencies. As such, I find it acceptable to extent the response date the equivalent of 3 business days. The new response date is September 12, 2011.
