The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Bulle6n 2011-01, "Mitigating Strategies," dated May 1 L 2011, to request each licensee to provide a comprehensive verification of their compliance with the regulatory requirements of Tille 10 of the Code o.f Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50,54(hh)(2). Addressees arc required to provide Cl. written response to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(0.
In Bulletin 2011-01, the NRC requested each licensee to submit a written response within 30 days of the date of the BuHetin, whIch was provided m the reference above.
The attachment to this letter f()fwards the response requested within 60 days of the date of the Bulletin to provide infoffilation regarding mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.S4(hh)(2). The attachment to this letter contains Security-Related infonnation that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 eFR 2.390.
