- Carl, The NRC staff has a few questions from their review of the Steam Generator Tube Inspection Report for Unit 3 RFO 15, which was submitted on May 5, 2011. Please provide the answers to the questions below via e-mail no later than July 29, 2011.
- 1. Please confirm that no other secondary side inspections other than FOSAR and the inspection of the patch plate were performed during RFO 15 Confirmed. The only secondary side inspections performed during U3R15 were FOSAR on the Top of Tubesheet (Annulus and blowdown lane) and visual inspection of the cracked patch plate welds.
- 2. Please provide the cumulative effective full power years on the steam generators at the time of the RFO 14 and RFO 15 outages.
