FOR WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3, 2010 PERFORMANCE

Dear Mr. Kowalewski:

On May 12, 2011, NRC personnel held an open house meeting for members of the community at the New Orleans Airport Hilton. The purpose of this open house session was to discuss issues related to Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, including the performance results for the NRC inspection period of January 1 through December 31, 2010. The list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
