TVA letter to NRC dated March 28, 2011, "Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Unit 2 - Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding Mitigation Strategy Assessments and Closure Process for Phases 1, 2, and 3" TVA's letter to NRC dated March 28, 2011 (Reference 2) provided a response to the NRC's letter to TVA dated February 18, 2011 (Reference 1).
The purpose of this letter is to replace TVA's response to RAI 2 contained in Reference 2 with the revised response contained in the enclosure to this letter.
The enclosure to this letter contains security-related information identified by the designation "Security-Related Information - Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390." TVA requests this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390.
