RE: Millstone required Fitness-for-Duty report - missing info Attachments:

Dominion 2010 FFD Annual Performance Report; E110228t160000_001_SerialNo.11-110.pdf I contacted Dave Sommers, the named point of contact in the subject report (ML110600734, profiled publically available, nonsensitive) dated February 28, 2011 (copy attached). Sommers affirmed that the tables were intentionally blank. (See attached item containing the Sommers email received a few minutes ago.)

Sommers had verified the Millstone and North Anna tables last week in response to a call from another PM. I assured him that I was not following up, only responding to the original enquiry.

Next year, Dominion expects to do electronic reporting, which may address in the future the ambiguity of whether such tables with no entries were neglected or are intentionally blank.

With the two contacts from PMs, we have probably taken this means of communications with Dominion as far as we can. If the report still appears to be flawed from our perspective, I would recommend that I set up a conference call involving our assigned analyst(s) and the Dominion personnel who authored the parts of the report at issue.

Let me know today or next Monday if we need a conference call. (I have leave days scheduled Wed-Fri) However, calls to 415-3079 route to my cell phone, and you can call anytime needed.

By next Monday, I would like to affirm to Sommers that the matter is settled (if it is) and to refer any future contacts about this to me. We can try to minimize the number of independent, redundant contacts.

FW: Millstone required Fitness-for-Duty report - missing info

Karl, Can you please address the issues with this fleet submittal? Per the e-mail, it appears that there are Millstone and North Anna issues.

Millstone required Fitness-for-Duty report - missing info

John, 10 CFR 26.203(e) requires licensees to submit certain data concerning waivers of the fatigue management requirements. Millstone submitted their annual report but left one table blank.

See page 26 of the attached pdf. Please ask North Anna to submit their 26.203(e)(1)(iii) required data. (Since there is data included in the other table on the same page, there should be data in the subject table.) Thanks John.
