This is to acknowledge your response of January 18, 2011, to our Notice of Violation, issued in NRC Inspection Report 05000325/2010010 and 05000324/2010010, dated December 21, 2010.
We have reviewed your response and find that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
