Harris RLBLOCA Rnd 2 RAI-Qs.docx As indicated during our recent telecom on January 31,2011, several RAI questions have resulted from the review of your submittal dated March 23, 2010, regarding proposed amendment would revise Technical Specification Section 6.9.1.6 to add the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-approved topical report (TR) EMF-21 03(P)(A), Revision 0, "Realistic Large-Break LOCA [Loss-of-Coolant Accident]
Methodology for Pressurized Water Reactors," to the Core Operating Limits Report methodologies list.
In order for the NRC staff to complete its review of the information provided on March 23, 2011, and in the additional information provided on December 9, 2010 in response to our September 23, 2011 request, we request that the enclosed request for additional information (RAI) be provided within 30 days of this email to support your needs.
