Ladies and Gentlemen:
By letter dated September 24, 2010, the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP) submitted a request to the NRC (Reference 1) for relief from ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI Requirements for the Service Water System.
During a January 26, 2011, telephone discussion with NRC Staff, HNP agreed to provide the completion date for the Regulatory Commitment that required a code repair be completed during Refueling Outage 16.
The Attachment to this submittal contains the requested information.
This document contains no new Regulatory Commitment.
