CONSTELLATION ENERGY NUCLEAR GROUP, LLC QUALITY ASSURANCE TOPICAL REPORT, REVISION 5 (TAC NOS. ME5161, ME5162, ME5163, ME5164, AND ME5165)
Dear Ms. Korsnick:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its review of the subject Constellation Energy Nuclear Group (CENG), LLC Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR),
Revision 5, submitted by letter dated November 29, 2010.
Revision 5 to the CENG QATR addresses changes necessary to implement organizational updates. Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54{a)(3)(iii),
licensees may adopt the use of generic organizational position titles that clearly denote the position function, supplemented as necessary by descriptive text. rather than specific titles. The NRC staff has reviewed the proposed administrative changes to the QA TR and concludes that the proposed changes are acceptable. The changes do not reduce commitments as defined under the regulation at 10 CFR 50.54(a){4).
We find that Revision 5 continues to meet the requirements of Appendix B to 10 CFR, Part 50 and is, therefore, acceptable.
