,Modify Plant Issue Page The tie-in work for the SSF ASW system began over the weekend.
Unit 2 work is complete; i.e,,
the new piping. is installed and pressure tested.
All three old sections of piping are capped'in the outside hole.
Tie-in on all 3 ASW pipes outside the building is complete and preparations are underway to start coating the pipes with the coal tar protection.
Inside the SSF building, tie-in work is underway for Unit 1 and 3. There have been fit-up issues with the final connections on both' units which may push completion until Wednesday morning.
Following the tie7in inside the building, the "I
headers willl have the VT-21,testing performedanrid'the operability test performed.
Refill of the hole will commenc eon e the testing is complete.
Currently, Unit 2 is available and Unit 1 & 3 are inoperable in terms of the SSF.
