- Mitch, The request to extend the request for additional information (RAI) response date to November 12, 2010 is approved.
Recognizing that the subject RAI is the third RAI for this license amendment request and that this is the second response extension for this RAI, if the response is not received by November 12, 2010, we will consider our options under 10 CFR 2.108, Denial of application for failure to supply information.

Mr. David, The response to the request for additional information for the Byron UHS license amendment was approved by the Byron Station Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) on Monday, October 25, 2010. If the red x still appears, you may have to delete the image and then insert it again.
response was recommended for approval by the Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB) on Thursday, October 28, 2010; however, final approval from the NSRB Chairman is still pending. It is anticipated that this approval will take several days; therefore, Exelon Generation Company, LLC, respectfully requests permission to extend the submittal date for this response to Friday, November 12, 2010.
