PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT - WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING CYBER SECURITY PLAN (TAC NO. ME2635)
Dear Sir or Madam:
By letter dated November 19, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093230831), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO, the licensee),
submitted a license amendment request (LAR) for Palisades Nuclear Plant (Palisades). The proposed amendment requested approval of the Cyber Security Plan for Palisades. Subsequently, by letter dated July 26, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102110090), the licensee submitted a new Cyber Security Plan LAR for Palisades and withdrew the original LAR dated November 19, 2009.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the November 19, 2009, LAR is being treated as withdrawn. Accordingly, TAC No. ME2635 has been closed. The LAR dated July 26, 2010, is being reviewed under TAC No. ME4355. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment dated November 19, 2009, had not been published in the Federal Register.
