WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONSTELLATION ENERGY NUCLEAR GROUP CYBER SECURITY PLAN - CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2, RE. GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - (TAC NOS. ME2720, ME2721, ME2722, ME2723, AND ME2724)

Dear Ms. Korsnick:

By letter dated November 23, 2009, Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC submitted the Constellation Energy Nuclear Group Cyber Security Plan for the subject facilities. The license amendment request, which was based upon Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 08-09, "Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors," Revision 3, included the proposed Cyber Security Plan and a proposed sentence to be added to the existing physical protection license condition to require the subject facilities to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved cyber security plan as required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 73.54. Subsequently, by letter dated July 16, 2010, you withdrew the amendment request and superseded it with an amendment request based upon NEI 08-09, Revision 6.

The purpose of this letter is to advise you that the application dated November 23, 2009, is being treated as withdrawn.
