Description:

The Service Water Rad Monitor has been Inoperable since 09/25/08. Due to the system being inoperable chemistry is required to sample 1/18 hours (75% confidence interval of the 1/24 hours requirement).

Immediate actions taken:

Chemistry has been sampling 1/18 hours since 09/25/08 and on 05/13/09 collected the 350th compensatory sample without missing a sample.

Recommended Actions:

Include this in the metric for recordkeeping and turnover.
