Specifically, NRC requested TVA to: "Identify the documentation that will be submitted for each unreviewed digital instrumentation and control system and component and the associated docketing schedule" (Question 4). In response to this request, TVA committed in part to provide the nonproprietary versions of:

Item 2: System Requirements Specification (Document Number WNA-DS-01617, Revision 1).

Item 5: Software Requirements Specification (Document Number WNA-SD-00239-WBT, Revision 1).
The following provides the current status of the five items contained in TVA's response to Question 4 contained in Reference 1:
Item 1: The proprietary document was submitted in Reference 1. The nonproprietary document has not been received from the vendor.
Item 2: The proprietary document was submitted in Reference 1. The nonproprietary document has not been received from the vendor.
Item 3: The vendor declassified this document and was included in TVA's response submitted to NRC on June 18, 2010 (Reference 3).
Item 4: A draft version of the proprietary document was submitted in Reference 2. The Enclosure contains the final version of the proprietary document, the nonproprietary document, and the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.
Item 5: The proprietary document was submitted in Reference 2. The nonproprietary document has not been received from the vendor.
TVA will submit the non-proprietary documents for items 1, 2, and 5 upon receipt.
These documents are currently scheduled to be received from the vendor by July 9, 2010.
Document 1 in the Enclosure contains information proprietary to Westinghouse. TVA requests that the Westinghouse proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR § 2.390. Document 3 in the Enclosure contains the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.
This letter does not contain any new commitments. The commitment from Reference 1 will be held open until the non-proprietary versions of the above documents are submitted. I declare under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on the 3 0 th day of June, 2010.
