Followup to Trunnion Room LAR Call

Richard, As a follow up to our phone call, I spoke to Harold and he asked that I pass along his thoughts. Regarding draft RAI #1, its important to be clear about what design criteria and standards the closure mechanisms will be constructed to and what program governs their quality (e.g., Appendix B or Augmented Quality). Also, he was interested in how the compliance with the LCO for secondary containment operability would verified. You confirmed that the draw down ability of the SGTS would be used, so as long as that is clear in the RAI response, I think that should be adequate. Please let me know if you have any questions.
