This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. B. McCabe of your staff and Ms. Jannette Worosilo of this office on April 27, 2010, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for May 12, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides location and additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at your request, is for Carolina Power and Light Company to discuss the Root Cause investigation results, lessons learned and corrective actions taken and/or planned following the fire event on March 28, 2010.
