Results for Fort Calhoun Station (FCS), Unit No.1 are attached.
Form NIS-1 "Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections" describes the lSI results. Form NIS-2 "Owner's Report for Repair/Replacement Activity" describes the applicable repairs and replacements completed during Fuel Cycle No. 25, including those completed during the 2009 RFO.
