Request for additional time to respond to RAI for GL 2004-02 Based on discussions in phone calls with NRC staff associated with the NRC Request for Additional Information (RAI) for GL 2004-02, dated December 3, 2009, it has been concluded that additional time is needed to complete the response to this RAI. The current due date for the RAI response is 60 days after the letter date. The proposed due date is March 31, 2010. The additional time will allow for verification and management review of the response.
