(representing Carolina Power & Light Company, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),

Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss remaining issues identified during NRC staff review of the H. B.

Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2, Generic Letter 2004-02 Supplemental Responses (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML083570469). The meeting will provide feedback to the NRC staff on the licensee's plans for resolving the remaining issues, discuss any points of disagreement, and discuss the licensee's path forward.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
