- Brian, The 10 CFR 73.5 exemption request for Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2 has been initially reviewed, by the NRC staff, for adequate technical content and appropriate documentation and has been found to contain both the technical content and documentation for further review:
Though initial reviews have been conducted, the thorough technical review of the exemption request must be conducted to arrive at a determination.
