RE: Depth Sizing Relief Request I understand that your submitted request is not needed for the 2009 refueling outage and that you are requesting the submitted relief to be reviewed on a "normal" schedule. The NRC staff will review the "Request for Use of an Alternate Depth Sizing Qualification" (ME2512) as a routine relief request.

Depth Sizing Relief Request
- Lynnea, This is to inform you that the WesDyne examination of the six RV nozzles was completed on Friday evening. No flaws were found, and therefore no NRC relief for the 2009 RFO for depth sizing of flaws will be required. The next inspections are currently scheduled for 2014, and it is likely that relief will be needed for depth sizing during those inspections.
