Fifth Ten-Year Inservice Test Program for Safety-Related Pumps and Valves, dated September 11, 2009.
On September 11, 2009 R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Ginna LLC) submitted relief request VR-03 associated with the Fifth Ten-Year Inservice Test Program for Safety-Related Pumps and Valves (Reference 1). Since that time, based on discussions with the NRC staff, Ginna LLC has determined that the relief is not required and is requesting withdrawal of VR-03 from further NRC consideration.
